Quotes that leave the house with the homeowner

Sylk System builds each quote from the price guide while the rep is still in the home, then shares it as a secure link or PDF. Every quote carries an expiration date and a status, so reps know which homeowners are still deciding.

Built from the estimate, not retyped

The rep’s estimate becomes the quote, with the same items, options, and upcharges from the price guide. There is no second app to copy numbers into, which is where most pricing mistakes start.

Know when a homeowner is looking

Each quote moves from draft to shared, sent, viewed, and converted. Sylk records when the homeowner last opened it, and the rep’s dashboard lists quotes viewed in the last 48 hours so follow-up calls land while the decision is fresh.

Deadlines that keep deals moving

Quotes have an expiration date, and reps see which ones expire in the next seven days. That gives an honest reason to call back before the price lapses.

Homeowners see only what they should

Quote links and PDFs show the homeowner their pricing and their consultant’s contact details. Costs, internal labels, and app navigation never appear.

Common questions

More answers are on the FAQ page.

  • Can homeowners open a quote without an account?

Yes. Each quote is shared as a secure link, so the homeowner opens it in a browser with no login. They can also receive it as a PDF.

  • How do reps know which quotes to follow up on?

The rep dashboard lists quotes the customer viewed in the last 48 hours and quotes expiring in the next seven days. Both lists come from quote activity, so nothing has to be logged by hand.

  • Does an accepted quote become a contract?

Yes. An accepted quote becomes a contract with the same line items, and the quote is marked converted. The rep never re-enters the deal.
